In October, 2026, we are launching a new Owner Occupied Repair program.  We are working on the details but generally, if you own your own home and your income is less than 80% of Area Median Income (about $84,000) and you need some health, safety or weatherization work done - contact us.

We have a new staff person dedicated to this work.  We will continue to do Aging in Place projects (like removing a tub and installing a walk in shower, or building a ramp) but we are expanding it to any household that has income of less than 80% of Area Median Income.
